To me, an ideal workplace is open to learning about its employees and their needs. An ideal workplace would be one where we're all looking to uplift and help each other to work towards a common goal. It would be LGBTQ+ friendly, neurodivergent-friendly or willing to learn and accommodate, one where people's time and energy is respected and valued.
