I take pride in interacting with customers and developing positive working relationships externally and internally. As a self-starter who enjoys learning about technology and is data-driven, I am the go-to person among my family and friends for all tech-related issues, automated spreadsheets, and websites. Also being that I love technology and helping others it comes easy to me to be able to empathize with others who don't understand technology that well. My professional experience in growing processes helped me realize my passion for IT project management, which led to me receiving my Master's degree to help grow my overall understanding of technology projects.
