I am a compassionate and adaptable individual looking to make a positive impact in the world, big or small. I am searching for a position that would allow me to use my skills in administration, customer service, or manual labor, to do or make something that brings people even a little more joy in their lives.

Ideal Workplace Values

I value a workplace that is diverse, accepting, and treats their employees with respect.

Skills and Strengths

My Neuro-exceptional talent

I am able to see past the nuance of a problem and envision logical and strategic solutions others might not see. My hyper-focus allows me to go all in and consume a task or problem fully, see angles of the situation that aren't obvious, and persevere until I am satisfied with the result. I am not burdened with being 'right' and am willing and able to adjust my course based on proven facts. In addition, as someone who has masked their true emotions for most of their life, I have harnessed an incredible ability to remain levelheaded and reasonable in tense or high-pressure situations. If a customer is upset or angry, I am able to empathize with their situation and diffuse the pressure while also remaining logical to try and get them to understand. Similarly, in an attempt to fit in with neurotypical people, I have learned to read people quickly and adapt to whatever the situation may need.
