I am a second-generation American, with dual Irish and United States citizenship, who was the first in my family to graduate college. My special interests include traditional textile arts, historical fashion, and regenerative fibre systems, and I’ve been studying these through courses and self study for a number of years. I have sewn my own clothes—mainly vintage and historical styles—since 2019 and over the last year and a half have also been making my own natural dyes and experimenting with Zero Waste Design. As a climate and labour justice advocate in my community, the relationship we have to the land as creators and as workers is very important to me. Slow fashion is a necessary arena for this work. I am an emerging actor who received my Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications and Journalism from Fresno State in 2016, during which time I acted with the university’s Experimental Theatre Company and won an Associated Press award for Best Student Radio Feature. Most recently I have been focusing on stage productions and voice acting.

Database Architects - Private Art Collector

I built a database for a private art collection that housed physical information about the works (measurements, materials, physical descriptions) as well has provenance and history of the works (artist background, etc.). I created and did research for hundreds of entries in my time working on this short-term project.
