Long Term Employee

My main career interest is sales and seek to become a consultant. I am a donor scheduler with the American Red Cross, working to save lives. In my career, I have learned that there are many ways to do so. In searching for what I believe in and determining how I may turn it into a career in sales, I have developed a large interest in solar energy. I am ambitious and hard-working, ready and willing to do anything I am told. I will go above and beyond the call of duty. While I may need to be pointed in the right direction, I will always to my best to make my department and company the best, as we work towards saving lives and helping families build and maintain affordable, sustainable homes.

Ideal Workplace Values

I seek a work environment that allows me to function equally well as a team member and individual. My anxiety may flare and give me a difficult time in understanding what I must do. In the event I need assistance, I need to be assured that I will not be judged. While I can move at a fairly brisk pace, I may need to go slower, at times. Nevertheless, I will always seek ways to be helpful (i.e. request assignments which I can complete to the best of my abilities, albeit within my current state of mental health). Overall, I seek a workplace in which I may find personal success, which will lead to my teammates being productive, thus helping us all to prosper.

Skills and Strengths

My Neuro-exceptional talent

With my anxiety disorder, I have a strong need to please others. I therefore have a particular need to pay attention to tiny details and not immediately charge into a situation, without thinking through everything.
