As a driven professional with a background in public policy, community organizing, and training and development, currently exploring opportunities in: -Policy Analyst -Program Coordinator -Training and Development Specialist -Community Organizer -Safety Officer -Compliance Officer -Program Manager Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a strong ability to bridge communication gaps and educate others on various topics, such as customer service metrics and effective contact tracing. I am also skilled in developing and implementing policies and procedures to address safety issues and improve organizational operations, monitoring and enforcing racial equity and fairness, and supporting the safety division and OSHA expertise in a non-profit organization. As a Masters of Public Administration graduate, I have a deep understanding of the complexities involved in public policy and am able to analyze and provide recommendations on a range of policy issues. I am also a certified Workday Software user. I am committed to making a positive impact in the community and am excited to bring my skills and experience to a role in the nonprofit sector where I can contribute to creating a better world, especially in the nonprofit sector.
