Short Term ContractLong Term Employee

I am an excellent candidate for a leadership position with your company. Given my background in teaching, leadership, and management, I have the professional skills in recruiting, training, and teaching internal and external stakeholders with diverse backgrounds. I focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion of neurodiverse stakeholders

Ideal Workplace Values

I value a workplace where "diversity," "inclusion," and "collaboration," are not strictly buzzwords for a company to look good. I also value a workplace where collaboration is encouraged throughout all levels of the company.

Skills and Strengths

My Neuro-exceptional talent

As a neurodiverse professional, I bring years of experience identifying and advocating for neurodiverse people in a professional setting. I bring particular expertise to an area often overlooked in corporate recruiting and hiring: neurodiverse employees. This specific area is my passion because I am a non-traditional learner and I have multiple neurodiversities. As a person with multiple neurodiversities, I know what it feels like to be either misrepresented or have no representation. I see my learning patterns as an advantage. They have forged a determination and persistence into my work ethic and an ability to seek out different solutions and pathways to success. Most importantly, I have learned and demonstrated empathy, compassion, openness, and a desire to expand my understanding of others whose experience is different from my own. If it wasn’t for the opportunities presented by the growth of awareness and interest in building diversity and inclusion in schools and workplaces during my lifetime, it is unlikely I would be such a strong candidate for this position. I bring a lifetime of experience, whether it is through personal or professional experience. I would like to help your company increase its diversity and inclusivity.
