Ideal Workplace Values
I do well in a workplace that is people based and values positive interaction. Team mates who have a growth mindset and always looking to make changes for the better of each other and organization are appealing to me. The mission of the organization and the work that leads up to the goals should be beneficial to all involved.

My Neuro-exceptional talent
I have always been interested in people and how they think. This experience drew me to psychology and on the academic side of psychology I found this to be a slower process. With UX research you are able to see an impact in a quicker way. I enjoy the surprises that come along with the job and what you would call the "aha-moments" that make the job exciting.

Working since Jan 2022 Jan 2022 Current | UX Researcher Apprentice - Delta CX The project is to understand the needs and painpoints of leadership and management of UX/CX professionals. We are doing this by a screener survey, analysis of the survey results(both qualitative and quantitative), then interviewing people who indicated that they were willing to participate in interviews, and then analyzing and synthesizing the results for the stakeholder. We currently are in the survey data collection phase. I will be doing the quantitative analysis of the survey results myself and we will all do everything else. |
