The traits that I believe offer a cognitive advantage are as follows: High intelligence. I understand new material, software, and processes with ease. Ability to process large amounts of new information quickly. Can quickly comprehend a process with enough detail to create documentation and/or train others. I move through training quickly, contribute soon after starting a role, and enjoy sharing knowledge and documentation, across the team. I have the ability to notice small details of an idea, project, or meeting and discern patterns inside processes with a critical eye. This allows me to predict project outcomes, mitigate potential challenges, and develop approaches that result in consistent success. I am able to move through crucial conversations without emotional response, allowing for conflict resolution and creative problem-solving. I enjoy processes, procedures, rules, order and routine to a degree that makes them very easy to create and follow, while also having the propensity to think outside of the box and come up with innovative solutions to problems. I manage teams with a high degree of success - measured by work product and team response - by observing communication patterns, bottlenecks, and missing resources.
