Ideal Workplace Values
I would like to work for a company that is willing to have flexible work hours or allow for remote work, and that strives to improve the lives of all people. I also care deeply about the rights of women, minorities, and LGBTQ+ people, and would prefer to work for a company that shares those values.

My Neuro-exceptional talent
I've always been fascinated by skyscrapers and building things. When I was young, I would beg my parents to visit the Willis Tower every time we visited Chicago. So when I told my Mom that I wanted to build tall buildings when I grew up, she said that I had three main options for a career: I could become a construction worker, an architect, or a civil engineer. Since I was also highly interested in math and problem solving, I decided I wanted to be a civil engineer.
