I have high empathy so tend to notice impacts others have not thought of yet. I seem to think further ahead than most. I am also quicker to consider an idea from different perspectives to ask hard questions and make the product more robust. For example, a new product on bias using MBTI to create an "unbiased" or "balanced" team. However, the MBTI result can vary due to mood, time of the day, time of the month etc that no one else had considered.
