I've always looked at ways of improving anything really. One example is, from growing up sports were my element far beyond school. But I was small and had to overcome physical barriers and looked to technique. I spent a lot of time trying to figure out how to keep improving skills that would give me the advantage on a soccer field because I could do things that others could not do which gave me more time and space allowing my creativity to shine. In a more business context trying to see how products, processes or businesses themselves could be improved and how to iterate and try different things to at the very least learn more.
