Ideal Workplace Values

Having worked from home since 2019, I find that working from a home office allows for a lot more flexibility than I imagined, so I wish to remain working remote. I want to work for an employer that will recognize and not stigmatize me for being on the autism spectrum. I like a set schedule, but may require some small flexibility to make it to weekly appointments. I want to work somewhere that established, and is a stable business or organization. I do not want to work for a place that asks me to be dishonest or to deceive any client or employee.

Skills and Strengths

My Neuro-exceptional talent

From a young age, in the 1980's, computers always fascinated me but I wasn't able to get one of my own until 1999. The internet has always held a dear place to my heart since I first logged onto it from a family member's computer when I was a kid. I did a few small web projects and volunteer work on some websites in the 2000's while I worked a part-time job. After struggling to get a Game Development degree in college, I looked at web development as a potential career option and found where I felt I should be.

Lead Developer/Project Manager - Gretrix

I led web development projects, including QA and front-end development, for small to mid-sized businesses, usually built on WordPress or Shopify. I remotely met and managed team members to consult with on project schedules, and establishing priorities both within the business and with clients, as well as clients to gauge web development/data analytics needs and discuss ongoing tasks. I've interviewed applicants for various roles within the company, and offered input into hiring choices. I did data analytics tag implementation for small to large businesses/organizations, mostly via Google Tag Manager. I also developed custom dashboards for businesses and organizations with Google Data Studio. I've created instructional documentation for other web developers, both for internal and external use.
