Ideal Workplace Values

I very much prefer to be working among people who are anti-capitalist, anti-racist, etc. (too many to list). It would be nice for an organization to provide space to experiment with new free tools as people develop them. Organizations are better when they would rather defer to movements that are more grassroots than them, rather than hogging the spotlight and directing hurt people towards their own purpose, often to those people's injury or worse. Basically it's better for organizations to see their role as aiding from the sidelines in movements, if they choose to participate at all

My Neuro-exceptional talent

I pretty much went on a hunch. I had always been into science and math of different sorts, but when I was about to graduate, I didn't know which specific field. My family suggested chemistry so i went along. Turns out i really didn't like that field so i wanted to leave, but within the field computational chemistry was by far the most appealing. I took that as a hint that it would be best to drop the chemistry and keep the computation
