I am looking for the right opportunity where I can share my creativity with others, while continuing to grow my Writing, Digital, and Tech skill sets. I believe I bring value based on my ability to work with little direction, communicating effectively in writing, and giving thorough guidance or instruction to individuals or small groups whenever necessary. I always have the determination to achieve the most successful outcome possible, while keeping in mind the adequacy of the systems, materials, or budget available. I am only open to what is the right, most optimal opportunity for me. Remote work is preferred &/or accommodations as necessary due to disability limitations. I'm not able to attend interviews or work outside of Clarksville unless I have relocation assistance and/or transportation accommodations. I will not be attending most in person hiring events based on an inability to drive that is related to a disability. Alternatively, fully remote options are acceptable and preferred. Thanks for the interest and I look forward to hearing about my next so awesome opportunity! - Julie Ann

Ideal Workplace Values

Environmentally friendly, embracing diversity, supportive to persons having disabilities. Open to working with someone who has dental osteoporosis... Pretty eyes, pirate smile, wants to bang on a drum all day. Embracing Art & Music Therapy more than talk therapy, when necessary for those that need it.

Bright or blinking lights
Loud noises
Outdoors or places with strong smells
Variable temperatures
Working with animals

Standing for long periods
Uniforms (hard hat, hair net, etc.)

I am not opposed to working independently or with individuals and smaller groups of people. I appreciate some respectable distance between me and other individuals in most environments. || Side effects of anti-seizure meds in my health history, have contributed to a dental osteoporosis. Epilepsy contributes to some balance and coordination issues. I am unable to utilize non rail support ladders or operate certain types of machinery. || I will likely wear a mask when working with others in a public facing / shared space environment. I am not vaccinated for COVID at this time due to my health history.

Wilton Method Instructor - Wilton Brands, LLC & A.C. Moore

I guided and instructed my students in different areas of cake decorating, according to the Wilton Method of Cake Decorating. I have been trained to do the same as well as teaching the four core courses. These core courses were known as Wilton Method Courses, and they are as follows: Building Buttercream Skills (formerly known as Decorating Basics), Flowers & Cake Design, Gum Paste and Fondant, and Advanced Gum Paste Flowers. My Something Sweet Photo Album can be found on Facebook or other social profiles, having a small selection of the only surviving images of past sugar related efforts. Due to life changing events and the COVID Pandemic, I experienced significant hardship, and lost everything I owned. I have to start over from scratch. Sadly, I haven't been able to create any cakes, cookies, or sugar flowers because of the losses and not having the appropriate space to work. I hope to get back to this and many other creative pursuits in the near future.
