About Me

I am looking for the right opportunity where I can share my creativity with others, while continuing to grow my Writing, Digital, and Tech skillsets. I believe I bring value based on my ability to work with little direction, communicating effectively in writing, and giving thorough guidance or instruction to individuals or small groups whenever necessary. I always have the determination to achieve the most successful outcome possible, while keeping in mind the adequacy of the systems, materials, or budget available. I am only open to what is the right, most optimal opportunity for me. Remote work is preferred &/or accommodations as necessary due to disability limitations. If you wish to view a short Cover Letter with important information, you can find it at the following link. CL: Please let me know if there are any issues with the links. Thanks for the interest and I look forward to hearing about my next so awesome opportunity! - Julie Ann

Bright or blinking lights
Loud noises
Outdoors or places with strong smells
Standing for long periods
Variable temperatures

Worked for 1 years, 7 months from Mar 2013 to Oct 2014

Wilton Method Instructor - Wilton Brands, LLC & A.C. Moore

I guided and instructed my students in different areas of cake decorating, according to the Wilton Method of Cake Decorating. I have been trained to do the same as well as teaching the four core courses. These core courses were known as Wilton Method Courses, and they are as follows: Building Buttercream Skills (formerly known as Decorating Basics), Flowers & Cake Design, Gum Paste and Fondant, and Advanced Gum Paste Flowers. My Something Sweet Photo Album can be found on Facebook or other social profiles, having a small selection of the only surviving images of past sugar related efforts. Due to life changing events and the COVID Pandemic, I experienced significant hardship, and lost everything I owned. I have to start over from scratch. Sadly, I haven't been able to create any cakes, cookies, or sugar flowers because of the losses and not having the appropriate space to work. I hope to get back to this and many other creative pursuits in the near future.
