About Me

#ADHD#womenwithADHD#auDHD

I am a bit of a Jill-of-all-trades and find that my wide variety of knowledge and skills often makes me well-prepared to tackle just about any task in front of me. Recently I completed the CliftonStrengths assessment and find them helpful to share with potential employers. 1) Restorative - I am adept at dealing with problems. I like to figure out what is wrong or inefficient and resolve it. 2) Intellection - I am introspective and appreciate intellectual topics and discussions. 3) Deliberative - I take serious care in making decisions or choices. I like to try and anticipate potential obstacles. 4) Adaptability - While I like to plan and foresee prospective outcomes when possible, I know that it is also important to be flexible when events and projects do not go as expected. Essentially I like to have plans A to Z thought out in case the previous plan goes awry. 5) Relator - I can work hard to achieve a common goal with others who are equally as ambitious and passionate. I consider myself to be passionate, caring, and hard-working. I value justice, equality, and honesty, so I am looking for an employer who truly believes in and actively practices according to those values. I am a creative problem-solver and a grammar nerd. As I am a lover of learning, I enjoy seeking out opportunities to learn new skills and to expand the knowledge I already have. Outside of work, I love to travel/explore, read, sew, crochet, cross-stitch, take photos, and watch TV shows, films, and documentaries, particularly related to travel, culture, history, and the paranormal. I also love languages - I am fluent in French and know some Spanish.
