In this role, you will:
• Review basic initiatives including policy or process changes, process improvements, technology enhancements, and conduct regular reviews to identify efficiencies and cost savings opportunities
• Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills and basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business
• Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
• Collaborate and consult with team leaders, subject matter experts, and cross-functional business partners in developing project plans, policies and procedures
• Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
• Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgement while developing an understanding of policies and procedures, best practices, and initiatives
• Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
Required Qualifications:
• 2+ years of Business Operations, Implementation or Strategic Planning experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience or education
Desired Qualifications:
• Business Operations experience (workflow and business process)
• Data and analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Project Management
• Experience working with Technology, Product, Legal and Compliance partners to implement change
• Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio) skills
• Data analysis tools (Tableau, PowerBI, SQL, etc.)
• Participation in a neurodiversity training or support program through a 3rd party, nonprofit, or education program
Job Expectations:
• This position is based in Charlotte and in office expectation is hybrid
