Wells Fargo’s Neurodiversity Program hiring activities are comprised of two days of interactive workshops, a skills assessment, and a hiring manager one on one discussion. 

Neurodiversity Program Employee Support and Enablement
•    Ensure positive new hire experience through dedicated hands on and facilitated onboarding
•    Provide Job coaching to support both new hires and managers in their professional journeys
•    Provide new hires with a workplace buddy to aid in the transition to Wells Fargo workplace and culture
•    Foster inclusion through education and awareness for all Wells Fargo employees & hiring manages

In this role you will:
•    Participate in less complex development and design of methodologies and standards for review activities companywide in alignment with the risk management framework
•    Ensure effective and appropriate testing, validation, and documentation of review activities for risk programs, risks, and controls according to standards and other applicable policies within Independent Testing
•    Support and implement less complex initiatives with low to moderate risk and exercise independent judgment to guide risk reporting, escalation, and resolution
•    Present recommendations for resolving more complex situations and exercise independent judgment while developing expertise in risk management framework and the risk and control environment
•    Collaborate and consult with colleagues, internal partners and management Supporting the implementation of moderate to complex projects/initiatives
•    Understanding compliance and risk management requirements for the supported area
•    2+ years of Independent Testing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

•    Reconciliation 
•    Testing experience (workflow, business process or controls experience)
•    Data analysis (analytics, data sourcing/extraction, reporting, SQL)
•    Advanced Microsoft Office skills
•    Spanish speaker to assist with Customer Service call recording testing as well as other Spanish testing within the

 Operations area
•    Experience in auditing/testing or human resources operations
•    Participation in a neurodiversity training or support program through a 3rd party, nonprofit, or education program

Job Expectations:
•    This position is based in Charlotte and in office expectation is hybrid
