What will you do in this job?

Mentra is on a mission to neurodiversify the workplace, connecting 100,000 neurodivergent jobseekers with gainful employment by 2025. People with autism, ADHD, ADD, dyslexia, and other conditions are significantly underrepresented in the workforce. 4 out of every 5 autistic adults are either unemployed or underemployed as of 2020.

The Mentra platform tackles the root of this problem head on, and removes barriers for neurodivergent jobseekers by providing users with an accessible alternative to traditional recruiting platforms - connecting users directly with inclusive employers in a way that highlights their holistic strengths and talents. We work directly with employers including Wells Fargo, Ernst & Young, Embark Veterinary, Allbirds, SHL, and other major organizations in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom to connect them with neurodivergent talent.
