I have a tendency to hyperfocus, which leads to projects being finished *long* before deadlines, and usually with less issues than if I take frequent breaks. I also, perhaps due to synesthesia, perhaps due to aspergers syndrome, or perhaps due to sensory hyper-alertness, I tend to consider things that others don't; I recognise people by the pattern of their footsteps, I can tell which way is home by the smell of the environment (sometimes local plants, often the particular type of marijuana the neighbors like.) and I frequently can distinguish the current repair (or disrepair) of machines by simple observation, usually visual, aural, and tactile, without having to take apart or otherwise disable the current function of the device.
