I am a deeply creative individual who worked for years in marketing before gaining my master's in film producing and working in film. My five years producing award-winning shorts, documentaries, and features have been deeply fulfilling on a creative level. My hope is to find equally challenging and satisfying work that better supports my neurodivergence long-term.

In a team environment, I read people well and can quickly understand how to approach those individuals in a way that makes them comfortable and encourages the best collaboration with them. When given a new problem, it becomes my special interest to solve it in the most efficient way possible, often through a creative solution that others might not have seen. Uncontrolled distractions throw me off task which can break the hyperfocus mode that helps me get deep work accomplished efficiently. I work best by large windows, especially if I can be the last desk by the window which optimizes daylight and minimizes distractions from people walking by. If working from home is possible, that is the best option of all, even if it's only two to three days a week. Travel for work and working with people have often been large parts of my job which I enjoy. I simply need a day of downtime on the backend of travel before diving back into work.
