My five years producing award-winning shorts, documentaries, and features have been deeply fulfilling on a creative level. In a team environment, I read people well and can quickly understand how to approach those individuals in a way that makes them comfortable and encourages the best collaboration with them. When given a new problem, it becomes my special interest to solve it in the most efficient way possible, often through a creative solution that others might not have seen. I am able to identify patterns and trends that others miss, which enables me to typically forecast potential pitfalls to avoid as well.
