Why Are We Hiring Neurodivergents?
We would like to create an inclusive space that works with and for the representation of neurodivergents in the workplace. I think its important to look at processes and how they can be made better by working with inclusive focuses companies like Mentra. I also see great value by having a team that has lived experience and self identifies as autistic.

- We think it is really important to have representation for different minds that we see in practice. Experiences that are different from our own creates a way to become a good ally but also add a intentional way to make my organization more open and inclusive.
