    Informal chat with hiring manager - audio or video - 30 minutes - will talk about background and interests - confirm diagnosis

  3. 03

    Technical challenge is sent for the skill(s) applying for in job description - Called the Coding challenge - it is a cognitive skills assessment to see how you think and how you process data - it is timed - 2 hours approximately
