Hello! I consider myself to be a process person and an aspiring data professional. I have a government and grants background and am a highly detailed and persistent problem solver with the proven ability to improve efficiency and effectiveness in any professional setting. Although much of my career has been spent in the Government and Non-profit sector, I am interested in pursuing a data career in any capacity.

My ideal workplace values individuals rather than profit and responds appropriately to the needs of their employees. I believe that a supported workforce is able to accomplish much more when they are not treated as numbers but instead viewed as people first.
