ability to stay interested in frequent or repeated tasks to an abnormal level to the point where when most employees would lose the ability to focus I can keep going. strong observational skills of my environment. I notice tiny details around me that others do not. in many jobs, I have fixed problems others could not, or that others were unaware was an issue or the root cause of a topic, especially in the physical environment, or in a personal sense such as observations a highly trained security guard might make. my observations allow me to understand more intuitively what employees, customers, etc, might be upset by the environment. naturally strong empathy will enable me to feel for others more strongly and advocate autonomously for their best interest. near eidetic memory for faces and personalities eidetic memory for those I have interacted with, including dates, meeting places, situations, and environment. my memory for any communication thereof with said the party is not eidetic intense focus and attention to detail on intended tasks for all day, and projects over many months or years.
