Ideal Workplace Values

As long as regulations are kept, i'm willing to work in a building that hopefully is not to far from home. My ideal work environment would involve helpful management and things thoroughly noted for me to reference.

Working since Aug 2022

Customer Service Representatives III - Texas Department of Motor Vehicles

My job is to guide people on what they need to do to fix their registration of their vehicles. If there was a remark, hold, or scofflaw, I would explain what needed to be done so that they could register. For example if they had a custom plate that had been expired more than 60 days, they would try to input it into they system to re-register it, but it was not allowing them, it was my job to see if either someone else had taken it after it fell off, the plate, not the text was no longer in use, or if there was another block preventing them. I also would send out emails based on what was needed with instructions. For example, what if someone did not get their renewal sticker, tried to register almost a year late, sold a vehicle things of that nature.
