I am an educator looking to pivot into a role with some more flexibility! I have a toddler who keeps me on my toes and am looking for an employer who values work/life balance. I am an extremely hard worker and have been promoted several times during my tenure in education. I now serve as support for Principals and teachers in 30 schools. While my career in education has been rewarding, it no longer affords the balance I need in order to be the best mom I can be! I am looking to transition to a role where my skills as an educator, certified scrum master, and coding skills can be utilized. I am currently halfway through a software engineering bootcamp and look forward to building my coding skills!

I would love to work for a company that values social-justice issues that are important to me. Racial equity is a huge passion of mine along with inclusion of neuro-divergent individuals. I also value work-life balance and professional autonomy and would love a role that affords me trust to complete exemplary work.
