About Me
A highly focused professional with attention to detail, leveraging exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills while working in cross-matrix teams. A proven track record of providing high-performance customer service in a fast-paced environment, using empathy and sound judgement to de-escalate client concerns and find balanced solutions. Pivoting toward a career path with growth and learning opportunities that allows me to continue helping others.
Ideal Workplace Values
The ideal workplace would be one that is supportive of its employees and cares about their health and wellbeing, not just on paper, but shows it frequently through the policies and management of their teams. An environment that is challenging, but gives employees agency over their work and gives recognition when it is deserved. A place that allows them to ideate and problem-solve without fear of punishment for challenging the status quo and has a high value for inclusion and diversity at all levels. The ideal workplace invests in its employees' career development and eager to help guide employees with mentorship and resources to further their careers. And finally, a workplace that isn't about "hustle culture" and acknowledges that there is more to their employees' lives than just work.

💪Skills and Strengths
My Neuro-exceptional talent
I have a strong eye for detail, able to identify patterns and trends that others miss. I believe that my ADHD makes me innately curious, especially when it comes to problem-solving. I'm also great at empathizing with others and being able to see different perspectives even when I may not agree with them. If I can find a job that allows me to help others or make a difference in the world, lets me find solutions to problems (big and small), has a variety in day-to-day tasks, and where I'm getting to work on projects from concept to completion, I will excel in that role and have high job satisfaction at the same time. And while I sometimes get nervous about making mistakes and embarrassing myself in front of colleagues (imposter syndrome), I'm a extroverted people-person and love being part of a team. Lastly, because of my ADHD I learned the importance of organization at an early age and now, with many years of practice under my belt I would say I'm a master at it. Its something I even enjoy doing, and you can find plenty of examples of this scattered throughout my resume.

I injured my back and had to have surgery last year, and while my recovery is always progressing, it will take some time before I'm back to my normal physical abilities and highly active lifestyle. While I'm able to work and do most daily activities without any issues now, lifting heavy items, driving, or standing/sitting in the same position for long periods of time can cause acute pain episodes if I'm not cautious. Driving seems to be the worst culprit and having to commute to work multiple days in a row almost always causes a pain episode that can last 1-2 days at a time. Because of my ADHD, its difficult to concentrate when these events occur and I tend to hyper-focus on the pain and have a hard time distracting my mind with work or even personal hobbies and activities. A remote position is the most ideal for me, but I can consider hybrid roles if the company is a reasonable commute and willing to make accommodations when I need them.
