Ideal Workplace Values

The main value is inclusivity and ensuring that all needs are accommodated. Being able to engage in open communication with management at the same equality level as others in different tiers of the workplace are some of the greatest values that I would like to see in the workplace.

Skills and Strengths

My Neuro-exceptional talent

As far as psychology and being neurodivergent, I grew up in an environment that allowed me to see a need in my community as far as research and awareness. I have the desire to remove isolation that is found in much of the neurodiverse ecosystem as it currently is.
