My Neuro-exceptional talent

I can juggle multiple balls. I switch between activities easily, but I can also hyperfocus like none other. Put me down to do something detail oriented, but not too tedious (or gives me the opportunity to try to enable some automation), and I will plug away until I get an answer. I don't do great if there isn't an end goal, but if you give me something to achieve I will climb mountains and cross rivers to get it done. I'm a bit pushy, forthright, and I need things to be done correctly. They aren't the greatest assets for networking, but they do help me to get things done. I can also leverage those traits into leadership traits, if given the time and room to do so. Being frank with your team, setting goals and expectations, having open and honest communication, can really lead to great results.
