As a graduate of Rutgers University with a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, I wish to utilize my knowledge and talents in the technology field. My skills gained in IT Support at Runit Systems, Tip Top Restoration and Turner Techtronics along with my education and customer service experience will support any of your IT needs. I thoroughly enjoyed the work performed at Runit Systems, Tip Top Restoration and Turner Techtronics. I thrive in situations that require detail and organization, innovation for promoting efficiency, and a positive work environment. My interpersonal skills have stood me in good stead with both supervisors and colleagues, allowing me to perform well not only as an individual but as part of a cohesive team. It is rewarding to identify technology solutions and troubleshoot for individuals at all levels of technical knowledge. I feel my experience, abilities, and demeanor would be assets to meeting organizational goals. My eventual goal is to work in cybersecurity in an entry level blue team analyst role. I currently hold the CompTIA A+ certification and plan on getting the CompTIA Network+ and Security+ certifications among others in the near future. I have also enrolled in a cybersecurity boot camp hosted by California State University of Long Beach. While I now live in Los Angeles, I am willing to relocate depending on the position.

Service Desk Agent - Turner Techtronics

I setup and maintained PC desktops, laptops, and cellular devices. I Supported 10,000 internal and external clients including executives, management, employees of the company, as well as a few remote offices. I Administered desktop, laptop, and tablet computers running Windows 10. I Installed the following software applications throughout the organization: Microsoft Office O365, Visio, Project, Visual Studio, Adobe Creative Cloud, Cisco AnyConnect, and Cisco Jabber. I managed Active Directory users, computers, and security groups.
