I also bring significant expertise in Neurodiversity and DEI to my work. I have spent over 2 decades in the healthcare sector as an entrepreneur, a builder, and a creator – of jobs, systems, products, services, and culture. My last venture was successfully acquired in 2019 by a large private equity group. Since that time, I “re-imagineered” an entire intake-to-outcomes clinical and operational roadmap for one of the largest providers of autism-related care in the United States using Clinical Decision Support Systems (CDSS) to standardize the decision-making processes. I am confident that I can bring even greater solutions to your organization through collaboration, dedication, and creative problem-solving.
