My Neuro-exceptional talent
Strong eye for detail and patterns, extremely sharp visual memory, excellent visual spatial skills (maxed out that part of the IQ subtest), outside the box thinking, and while most people think in silos based on past experience and their specific career training, due to the wide variety of interests I've had over the years I don't seem to have that, I bring a solution from outside the fields that I'm in.

I discovered at a previous job that I can either be your outgoing receptionist and interact with people and do lots of small tasks or I can deep dive into a serious project but I do not do well switching between the two during the same span of time, so you kind of have to pick one or the other. I can switch between the two with advanced warning, so if the receptionist calls in, you can call me that morning and be like hey can you do that job today and as long as you don't have me on a deadline for something else that I can't move I can just do that. I've also had a few meetings where I didn't understand why we were having a meeting or people otherwise kept saying the same thing over and over and I felt like I needed to translator because it was obvious they were trying to say something but what they said didn't mean anything so I think they were trying to be polite or bureaucratic I'm not sure which but it was not telling me what I needed to know and I did not understand why I needed to be there even though the meeting was about me which is obviously not ideal.
